Presentations must be scientifically sound, evidence-based and relevant to the approved topic.

The name of any sponsoring company, commercial organisation, brand or product must not appear in the presentation title, abstract, speaker introduction or promotional material.

Presentations should be prepared in English, preferably in a 16:9 widescreen format, with clear and easily readable slides.

Speakers must use their own laptops with a standard HDMI output. Those requiring an adapter or converter must carry their own, along with the laptop charger. The organisers cannot guarantee the availability of adapters.

Speakers are not required to submit their final presentations in advance. However, a backup copy should be carried on a USB drive.

All speakers must report to the designated hall at least 30 minutes before their session for attendance confirmation and an audiovisual check.

Speakers must strictly adhere to the allotted presentation time. Session chairpersons may conclude presentations that exceed the scheduled duration.

A conflict-of-interest disclosure must appear on the first or second slide. Patient confidentiality, informed consent and copyright requirements must be strictly observed.
